SI Amendment 5-5-10

Courses:
The courses shown in Appendix D of SI's and subsequent amendments are cancelled.
New Courses  1 to 4 are available for Fleets A, B and C.

a) Each course has a northerly and southerly starting direction.  This will be indicated by hoisting Code Flag "V" below the orange "On Station" flag for a southerly start alternative.

b) Fleets A and B are to pass Foam Spit (18) on the deepwater side when sailing course 3 only.  This changes SI 12.7.

Time Limits
The time limit for the first boat shall be 1715 hrs.
The Finish Line Closed Time shall be 1715 hrs
