Keelboat Race Entry
Use this form to nominate your keelboat to race in the 2011-2012 Summer Sailing Season, the Wednesday Summer and Winter Series and the  2012 Winter Frostbite Series.  
There are three ways to enter:  On-line,  Download a PDF  (Includes Equipment Compliance Form) and send it to sailingadministrator@sopyc.com.au or call into the On Water Group Office for a pre-completed form.

Equipment Compliance Forms
Equipment compliance forms are a mandatory requirement with this year’s nomination.  These forms are intended to assist owners in complying with the YA Special Regulations and provide some assurance that boats being raced from the Club are complying with those requirements. Owners should complete the form and register it with the club as part of the nomination process.

Racing Rules of Sailing
The new YA Racing Rules of Sailing, in Australia known as the "Blue Book", is available from the On Water Group at SoPYC at the cost of $36.00. Call by the On Water Group office to collect a copy.

Scoring Enquiry
Scoring Enquiry forms should be used to query your position in the results. Forms should be completed and forwarded to the Race Committee via the On Water Group Office.

Protest Form
Protests, requests for redress and scoring enquiries are to be lodged within the appropriate time limit as per 18.1 and 18.2 of the SoPYC Sailing Instructions.

Application to Carry Advertising
A boat intending to carry advertising, under ISAF Regulation 20.3(d), is required to notify the Race Committee.  Use this form to request approval.
