GYMNASIUM
South of Perth Yacht Club's Gymnasium caters to everyone - age is no barrier. The gym's fantastic facilities include all the necessary equipment to facilitate your workout. Our emphasis is to provide an appropriate atmosphere for your total workout experience. Whatever your goals we can work with you to put all the pieces together in achieving your goal safely and effectively.
Personal Training Sessions
Our personal trainer, Bob Pavone, can provide you with a one on one workout specifically designed to achieve your fitness goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. It will help you to not only look better, but feel great!
Bob also conducts small group sessions which promote fitness and are ideal for mother’s groups or like-minded people who prefer company when working out.
The gym also organises courses in strength & flexibility, weight loss, sailing development & yoga.
